The Infinite Campus Student Management System annual update for all K-12 students will be open from Wednesday, August 12, until Friday, September 18. The online update process will allow parent(s)/guardian(s) to verify and update student and family contact information, which includes updating your student’s emergency contact information. This Annual Update is completed using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. By completing this online process, you will ensure you are ready to receive the 2026-2027 school year schedules and transportation information; expected to be released on August 24.
Instructions: Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal via the app or on any school webpage by clicking LOGIN in the blue bar. Once you are in your Parent account, on the left menu, click the More button. Choose Online Registration then choose 2026-2027 Annual Update by clicking the Start Button under Action. Follow the prompts and complete the annual update. Please note some of the questions asked are required by the Minnesota Department of Education and must be requested annually.

St. Francis Area Schools uses Infinite Campus for its student information system. The information system is where every student’s school career information is collected. In the Campus Portal, families have access to accurate, current, and confidential information about their student’s attendance, grades, class assignments, payments and more. For data privacy, accessing this information requires a password; families will only be able to view their student’s information.
The Campus Portal (Campus Parent) is available for Android, iPhone and iPad devices.
