St. Francis High School (SFHS) Class of 2028 (current 8th-graders) and their families are invited to an SFHS open house on Monday, January 22, from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. This open house is for all 8th-grade students and their families to learn about all things high school. This is a great opportunity to meet SFHS staff and learn about classes, registration, activities/athletics.
On Monday, January 22 please enter the high school at the main entrance (door 1) off of Bridge Street.

The girl's hockey team is hosting Mora/Pine City tonight in a key conference game at the Isanti County Area David C. Johnson Civic Arena. The game is also bringing awareness to mental health and is sponsored by Sophie's Squad!
Come and support the team and the cause! Fans are asked to wear teal to show support for Sophie's Squad. There will be a 50/50 raffle and chuck a puck that will serve as donations to Sophie's Squad. Currently, the girls team, Northern Tier Stars Girls High School Hockey, is 11-4-1 overall and 2-1-0 in conference play.

These messages are not from Superintendent Anderson or any representative of St. Francis Area Schools.
If you do receive a message claiming to be from Superintendent Anderson, please delete it and do not respond.

Congratulations to our 6th grade football team who played in a winter showcase game at US Bank Stadium over holiday break. The team was selected to play the Minnesota North Stars elite team comprised of players from all over the state. Our 6th grade Saints did the district proud and played a great game!

Wrestling registration is open for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Please submit your registration and physical forms by Friday, November 17th. The first practice will be on Monday, November 20th. Nearly 500 students were granted temporary eligibility for Educational Benefits for the 2023-24 school year. That temporary eligibility is set to expire October 16 (Monday).
If you previously qualified, or would like to apply now, please go to https://stfrancis.strataapps.com to complete the Application for Educational Benefits as soon as possible.
These benefits help families secure reduced athletic, activity and preschool fees. The school district could also receive additional money for students, schools and essential education programs through these completed applications.
